Introducing Chef Adam Baddeley
Chef Adam Baddeley doesn't do cookie-cutter menus. With over 20 years of progressive experience in fine dining, he's built his reputation on one simple philosophy: every event deserves a fully customized, unforgettable culinary experience.
Adam's love for food started early—experimenting with traditional family recipes and putting his own creative spin on them. In 2004, he graduated from Humber College's prestigious Culinary Management program and immediately dove into the restaurant world, working his way up the ranks at top-rated venues across the Greater Toronto Area, including Pangea and the Delta Hotel and Conference Centre.In 2014.

Adam became Sous Chef at Mondello Ristorante, the #1 Italian restaurant in Mississauga. By 2018, he earned his first Executive Chef role at a private golf and event centre outside London—and that same year, won the Best Food & Beverage Award for South Western Ontario.

Adam's culinary voice is rooted in classical Italian training with heavy French influence, but his extensive world travels have added layers of Asian and Latin flair. The result? Globally inspired dishes that feel both familiar and exciting, refined yet approachable.

For Adam, it's not just about the food—it's about the experience. Every menu is built around the client's vision, tastes, and dietary needs. No restrictions are too complex. No request is too bold. And every event gets his full attention, care, and creativity.

In 2020, Adam launched Chef in the House to bring the luxury of fine dining into clients' homes. Today, he serves Collingwood, Blue Mountain, and surrounding areas, creating intimate, personalized dining experiences for couples, families, and special celebrations.
